Media publications on September to December 2023 rainfall seasonal forecast.

On 24^th August 2023, METEO RWANDA organized the National Climate Outlook Forum (NCOF) to disseminate September to December 2023 rainfall seasonal forecast. The NCOF was concluded by a press briefing that was attended by several media houses including mainstream media, online and print media. We looked at what has been published in different media houses on the dissemination of September to December 2023 rainfall seasonal forecast.
